The concierge
A person, not a ticket.
718 began as a concierge and it still runs one. You message on WhatsApp or Telegram and a person answers: travel and stays, dining and reservations, events, access, introductions and arrangements.
It is a separate membership at £99 a month, and the card is included in it at no monthly cost. You do not need it to hold a card. How the concierge works.
Questions
What do I need to apply?
Your name, an email address and a password, then a passport, driving licence or ID card and your phone camera for the identity check. About five minutes from start to a card.
How do I put money on it?
You are given your own address and you send USDT to it on the Tron network. It arrives on your card as US dollars. There is a minimum, and it is on the fee page.
Where can I use it?
Anywhere Mastercard is accepted, online or in person, and through Apple Pay or Google Pay once you have added it to your phone.
Is it a credit card?
No. It is prepaid. You can only spend what you have loaded, so there is nothing to owe and no credit check.
Can I see the card number?
Yes. The full number, expiry and security code are in your account, behind your password. The billing address is the same for every 718 card and is shown with them.
Do I have to take the concierge membership?
No. The card stands on its own at $10 a month. Membership is £99 a month and includes the card at no monthly cost, but it is a separate thing you can take or leave.
What does it cost to spend abroad?
More than spending in dollars, because the card is a dollar card and a foreign purchase carries a conversion. The exact rate is on the fee page.
Who issues the card?
A regulated card partner, not 718. We are the brand and the platform you deal with, and your card is issued and the money held by the partner under their own terms.
How quickly will someone reply?
The desk answers in minutes during the day and always the same day. A person reads every message.
Struck, not printed.
About five minutes, and the card is yours at the end of it.
