What the desk handles

Tables, including the ones that are hard to get, plus private dining rooms, chef's counters, and a quiet watch on cancellations when a room is full.

Out of scope: running the event itself.

Hotels, flights, transfers and simple itineraries, with upgrades and amenities arranged where a relationship exists.

Complex multi-country trips quoted on request.

Tickets & access

Sport, concerts, premieres and members'-club introductions. Exclusive access where we hold it, at face value plus a stated fee.

No promises we cannot keep on the resale market.

Flowers, gifts, sourcing, errands and reservations beyond the table: spa, golf, grooming. The quiet requests that fit nowhere else.

The desk lives on WhatsApp. No new app, no login. Message any time; the first acknowledgement is instant, and a person follows within your tier's window.

Outside Private Access hours the line still listens. Private Black members are answered around the clock.

The quiet details.

Who pays the restaurant, airline or merchant?

You do, directly, through your 718 card or a payment link. The concierge fee covers our time; the price of the thing itself, plus any taxes and delivery, is always yours. We show the full figure before anything is committed.

What does the concierge fee cover?

Sourcing, arranging and closing the request. On Private Access it is a small per-request fee beyond your monthly allowance, quoted up front. On Private Black it is waived for standard requests. It is non-refundable once work has begun; the underlying booking follows the third party's own change and refund policy.

What will the desk not do?

We keep to dining, travel, tickets and gifting. Anything requiring a licence (legal, medical, financial or security matters) sits outside the desk, and we will say so and point you in the right direction. Restraint is deliberate; it is what keeps the service quick and dependable.

Will you handle my allergies and dietary needs?

We note your preferences and pass on requests, but we cannot be responsible for a venue acting on allergy or dietary information. Please confirm anything critical with the restaurant directly. Your safety should never rest on a relayed message.

How do I join?

Private Access opens with your 718 membership. Private Black is by invitation. Message the desk or request access below, and we will be in touch quietly when your place is ready.
