What we collect

When you add your name to the waiting list we collect the details you enter:

• Your name
• Your email address
• The jurisdiction you are based in, if you provide it
• Limited technical information (such as your browser's user agent) to deter automated abuse

Why we use it

• To confirm your email and record your place on the waiting list
• To contact you, quietly and only when relevant, about access to 718 Card
• To protect the service from spam and fraudulent sign-ups

We process this information on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in operating the waiting list. You can withdraw at any time by contacting us.

Who processes it

Your information is stored and processed on our behalf by trusted infrastructure providers, including our database host (Supabase) and our email delivery provider (Resend). These providers act under contract and only on our instructions.

How long we keep it

We keep waiting-list information for as long as the list is active and you remain interested. If you ask us to remove you, we will delete your details promptly.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our use of it. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
