How membership works. Membership is annual and opens by application, so the tiers scale by the relationship, not by a charge per request. What a higher tier gives is a closer, faster concierge: the hours, the relationship, the priority and the access. We share the current fees when we speak, and point you to the tier that fits. The 718 card is prepaid and funded from your own balance, and it arrives when it lands; we will not bill you for the card before it exists. There is no separate 718 concierge fee and no booking fee. The third party, the restaurant, airline, venue or merchant, is always paid directly by you, including taxes and delivery. 718 facilitates; it is not the seller.

There is no activation fee, and card issuance and transaction fees follow your card account terms and are shown before anything is committed.

No. There is no separate fee to use the concierge; it is included in your membership. Where a third party is involved you pay them directly, the restaurant, airline or merchant, and you are told the full cost first.
