How the fees work. Membership is billed monthly and includes your concierge allowance; only requests beyond the tier's allowance carry a per-request fee, quoted and shown before any work begins. The third party — the restaurant, airline, venue or merchant — is always paid directly by you, including taxes and delivery. 718 facilitates; it is not the seller. Pricing is indicative and may be presented in your account currency.

Private Access includes three concierge requests a month; Private Black includes unlimited standard requests with the concierge fee waived. Card issuance, load and trading fees follow your account terms and are shown before anything is committed.
Private Black is the full relationship: a named manager, round-the-clock concierge with standard fees waived, priority on the OTC desk with tighter spreads and larger size, higher card limits, and early access to events and tables. It opens by invitation.
You do, directly, through your 718 card or a payment link. The membership covers the service; the price of the thing itself, plus any taxes and delivery, is always yours. We show the full figure before anything is committed.
