How it works

You message. A person answers.

On WhatsApp or Telegram, whichever you already use. You say what you need in your own words, and someone reads it and gets on with it.

There is no app to download, no login, and no ticket number to quote back at us. If a request is going to be difficult we tell you early rather than late, and if we cannot do it we say so.

The desk answers in minutes during the day, and always the same day.

What is included

• The concierge, without a usage limitAsk as often as you like. There is no request count and no fair use clause waiting in the small print.
• The 718 card, at no monthly costThe prepaid dollar card is included while your membership is active. On its own it is $10 a month.
• No booking fee, everYou pay the restaurant, the airline or the hotel directly, at their price. We do not take a cut of what you spend.
• Standard bookings, handledThe ordinary things as well as the difficult ones. Most of what the desk does is not glamorous.

Questions

Who pays the restaurant, airline or merchant?

You do, directly, through your 718 card or a payment link. The membership covers the service; the price of the thing itself, plus any taxes and delivery, is always shown in full before anything is committed.

Are there any booking fees?

No. There is no separate fee to use the concierge; it is included in your membership. Where a third party is involved you pay them directly.

How quickly will the desk reply?

The desk answers 07:00 to 23:00 UK, every day. Most requests are acknowledged the same day. If something is urgent, say so and it moves to the front.

Can you guarantee availability?

No. Every request depends on availability and the partner's confirmation. We tell you honestly what is and is not possible, and we do not promise what we cannot keep.

What if my request cannot be fulfilled?

We tell you plainly, and where we can we offer an alternative. We would rather be honest than over-promise.

What will the desk not do?

We do not promise what we cannot keep, we do not run your event, and we will not make a claim about availability we have not checked. Where something sits outside what we do well, we say so and point you somewhere better.

Can I use the concierge while travelling?

Yes. The desk is there wherever you are.

Can I make requests for family or guests?

Yes, where appropriate and where the provider allows it.

Can I cancel?

Any time. Your first 30 days are free, nothing is taken until they end, and after that it is a month at a time.
